At Ace Tutors, we offer 3 different packages and 2 different payment plans to best suit your needs!
Packages
0 Hour Package
The 0 Hour Package is the best deal we offer! This package gives you the lowest hourly rate and is great for recurring help throughout the whole semester/quarter.
0 Hour Package
The 0 Hour Package offers a great, reduced hourly rate while providing less commitment than our larger package. This package is perfect for occasional help before exams throughout the semester/quarter.
Pay-as-you-go
This package gives you the most flexibility. It allows you to pay after only the sessions you use with no commitment and is great for a single session or couple of sessions before finals.
Payment Plans
We offer 2 different payment plans for both our 0 or 0 hour packages to suit your preferences. Both payment plans offer the same hourly rate, so it is completely your choice to decide which plan works best for you!
Upfront Payment Plan
Our Upfront Payment Plan offers you the ability to pay for your tutoring package with a single payment after your first session. This adds all of your hours for your full tutoring package to your account upfront without needing to worry about recurring payments throughout the semester/quarter. Future sessions are then simply deducted from this prepaid balance.
Weekly Payment Plan
Our Weekly Payment Plan offers you the flexibility to receive tutoring today while paying for your package over time. After you submit your tutoring request, your account is given all of the hours for your full tutoring package. You are then free to use your hours at whatever cadence you would like. After your first session, you will be charged for only 1 hour of your package. Then payments will continue in 1 hour increments on this same day every week until your tutoring package is paid off. If you would like to pay off your package sooner, you can always submit payments early via the Dashboard of your account.
What Happens If I Run Out Of Hours?
Don't worry! If you run out of hours on your account, you can simply continue having sessions with your tutor(s) and our system will handle everything. If you signed up for the Upfront Payment Plan, additional sessions will be charged on a per-session basis. If you signed up for the Weekly Payment Plan, additional sessions will just add remaining weekly payments to your account to be paid in the future. And the best part: no matter your payment plan, you will keep your package's locked-in, lower hourly rate for all additional sessions forever and ever. Additionally, if you did ever want to prepay for more sessions, you can do also so from the Dashboard of your account.
And remember, you will never be charged until after your first session with us!
